AI visibility audit

AI visibility audit for ChatGPT, Gemini and Google

An AI visibility audit shows whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews name your company when buyers ask for help, who they name instead, and why. Ours starts from your buyers' real questions, tests them in each engine, checks your website and your company facts across the web, and ends in a 90-day fix list.

Questions buyers ask

What does an AI visibility audit include?

Five parts. The buyer questions for your category and market. The answers each AI engine gives, with who is named or cited. Your share of those answers against named competitors. The websites the engines draw on. And a technical check: AI crawler access, structured data, page answers and whether your company facts match everywhere.

How is it different from a checker?

A free checker runs a fixed set of prompts and gives you a score. A score does not tell you which buyer question you lost, to whom, or what to change. We write the questions with you, run each one more than once because answers vary, and tie every gap to a fix.

Which engines and questions do you test?

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, plus Google's normal results, because AI engines that search the web read the same pages. The questions come from your buyers: what they ask before they shortlist, compare or buy, in each market you sell in. We agree the list with you before testing starts.

What do we get at the end?

A written diagnostic and a walkthrough call, in about ten business days. The diagnostic shows each question, each engine's answer, who was named, the sources behind it and your share against competitors. Then a 90-day fix list in order of effect. The audit is yours to keep, whoever does the work.

Why Mouj, not software or an agency?

Software gives you a score and a dashboard. An agency audit often ends in a pitch for a content package. Ours ends in a fix list your own team can use, written by people who also do the work: pages, technical fixes, company facts and outside mentions. If you want our help with it, we quote that separately.

How often should we re-audit?

Every three months is usually enough. AI engines refresh their sources at their own pace, so most fixes take weeks to show in answers, and a re-test sooner mostly repeats the first one. If a competitor launches, or you change your offer or market, test again then. We keep the same questions so results compare.
