The Client

A lighting solutions supplier in the UAE serving commercial and residential projects: LED supply and installation, indoor, outdoor, solar, and event lighting.

The Challenge

The company had almost no digital presence producing results. Service pages were not ranking on Google, there was no content bringing in organic traffic, social channels were quiet, and Google Ads had never been set up. Competitors were winning the searches their buyers made every day. We built their digital growth engine from scratch.

What We Did

  • Optimized all six core service pages: keyword targeting by search intent, heading structure, internal linking, and clearer content built to convert
  • Published two buyer-intent blog posts targeting high-volume lighting searches in the UAE
  • Ran ongoing SEO maintenance: technical health checks, indexing monitoring, and keyword tracking
  • Managed their social channels with 10 Instagram posts and 8 LinkedIn posts in one month, focused on brand positioning and traffic
  • Built their Google Ads presence from zero: new account, dedicated landing page, conversion tracking, and one tightly structured search campaign with five ad groups of high-intent keywords

The Results

Comparing 20 December to 20 January against the previous period in Google Analytics: active users grew 214% to 544, new users grew 211% to 538, and tracked user actions grew 323%. The new Google Ads campaign produced 26 enquiries in its first 9 days at AED 23.28 per enquiry, on a total spend of AED 605. That is a strong result for a campaign with no account history.

Why It Worked

SEO, content, social, and ads ran as one system, not four separate projects. The optimized service pages gave the ads somewhere worth landing. The blogs fed organic growth. Conversion tracking meant every dirham was accountable from day one.
